IEE-ETA KAPPA NU NU ALPHA CHAPTER PRESIDENT

As President of the Nu Alpha Chapter of IEEE-Eta Kappa Nu (HKN), I lead the chapter’s strategic direction and oversee its academic, technical, and outreach activities within the framework of this international honor society.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning and decision-making for the chapter, ensuring alignment with HKN’s mission of academic excellence, leadership, and service.
  • Coordinate and supervise chapter activities, including technical events, professional development initiatives, and member engagement.
  • Manage and support the executive board, fostering collaboration and effective governance.
  • Represent the chapter within the broader IEEE-HKN community and promote active participation among members.

Through this role, I contribute to the growth and visibility of the chapter while strengthening leadership, organizational, and communication skills within an international professional context.

As President-Elect of the Nu Alpha Chapter of IEEE-Eta Kappa Nu (HKN), I am actively preparing to assume the responsibilities of the presidency while supporting the chapter’s executive board in its current operations.

  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making, gaining firsthand experience in leadership within a global honor society.
  • Assist in the coordination of chapter activities, including technical events, outreach initiatives, and member engagement.
  • Learn the tools, processes, and organizational practices required to ensure a smooth and effective transition into the presidential role.

Through this position, I contribute to the continued growth of HKN while promoting its core values of leadership, service, and academic excellence.
