At Siemens Gamesa, I worked as a Systems Engineer within the actuation systems team, providing critical support to both manufacturing facilities and operational wind turbine plants. My primary responsibility was to analyze and troubleshoot system-related issues affecting components in the field or during production, ensuring fast, effective, and technically sound resolutions.

• Investigated and resolved system anomalies by performing in-depth technical analyses using internal diagnostic tools.
• Acted as the main technical point of contact for plant and factory engineers, delivering real-time support to minimize downtime and production delays.
• Coordinated with design, quality, and production teams to implement corrective actions and ensure long-term system reliability.

In parallel, I collaborated with the design team to configure wind turbines based on client specifications and site-specific operational conditions. This dual exposure to both field support and product customization allowed me to gain a comprehensive view of the wind turbine lifecycle—from design to deployment.
